As an interface to the CertiFlex Dimension Accounting System, InfoTech Systems, Inc. developed SalesPro™. The purpose of this module is to provide a PC based cash register interface to the accounting system. The SalesPro module is designed to meet the needs of general-purpose retail stores. • SalesPro is designed to be used with bar code scanning. It has the ability to access CertiFlex Dimension Inventory system, for the purpose of looking up description and price by scanning the bar codes on sale items. If Inventory Control is not a necessity, multi-level programmable buttons are available to account for sales by linking to and updating Sales Codes in CertiFlex Dimension Accounts Receivable / Sales and General Ledger modules. The buttons can also be configured to select a specific inventory item to accommodate those hard to tag type items. SalesPro can serve the needs of many types of businesses that require an efficient point of sale accounting solution.

  * Programmable buttons for inventory, non-inventory items or categories, which drill down to additional item buttons.
  * Select item by stock number, description or user key.
  * Multiple or Single quantity (defaults to single quantity).
  * Delete or Add items to sale.
  * Tax is calculated on each item in sale.
  * Non taxable items allowed within a Taxable sale.
  * Uses two base levels for a total of three sales tax incremental rates.
  * Allows 9999 tax tables.
  * Permits Tax Exempt and "Certificate of Re-Sale" type customers.
  * Minimum order quantity.
  * Quantity discounts for ten price levels.
  * Sales tax on freight.
  * Prompts for serial number of item at shipping.
  * Provides separate entry for Freight/Shipping charges.
  * Payments by cash, check, or credit card.
  * Allows C.O.D. or store account (accounts receivable).
  * Credit card interface to "PC Charge". Supports Sale, Credit, Void, Pre-Auth, & Post-Auth Transactions, both manual entry or mag. card reader.
  * Scan bar code for stock number and serial number. Supports keyboard wedge hand held, stationary or cordless.
  * Credit card magnetic card swipe type reader
  * Cash drawer if attached to receipt printer.

  * Customer Display of items purchased.
  * Post to Cycle Billing (CFD)
  * Interface with CFD Inventory & Accounts Receivable and updates through Cycle Billing.
